Here at W.A. Zimmer, we recognize the new challenges that the current COVID-19 situation has introduced for both our business and its clients. We feel it is important to notify you of the changes we are making for the health and safety of both our employees and customers.

We continue to offer on-site estimates, where a designer will come directly to your home. However, we have made adaptations to our typical sales process, in order to observe social distancing. This includes offering electronic documents, such as digital drawings, pictures, and estimates. No need to shake hands or have anyone come inside. Our designers know to be respectful of the current circumstances and are working to make the process quick and efficient. Once we start a project, 99% of the work is done outdoors. Plus, additional cleaning of any remotes, handles, or surfaces that are subject to regular contact will occur before the product is turned over to our customers.

Since you will be spending more time at home, we would like to help make this time more enjoyable with a useful, private, and protected outdoor area. We are working to respond to current conditions with thoughtful planning for the benefit of everyone involved. We will continue to monitor this ever-changing situation and follow recommended procedures.
